Greetings, my name is Natalia.

During my early childhood, in Eastern Europe, I always felt a certain connection to the beauty of nature. When I was a young child, my grandparents taught me how to connect to nature and its cycles, how to correctly forage plants and berries at the right times, as well as how to grow them. They used to bring me to the wild fields, lakes and rivers; but the forest was the most magical and breathtaking of all. It is a place I keep coming back to. Hunting for mushrooms in the Birch and Pine forests was incredibly exciting, and I felt pure joy whenever I found them.

As a teenager, I was always curious and asked many questions about life, relationships, and my place in the universe. I often felt very alone on my path of life discoveries and finding my role in the world. During my Soul searching experiences, I discovered Plant Medicines and they changed my life tremendously by helping me understand myself and become the best version of myself.

Since 2006, I studied shamanism and healing, worked with San Pedro and Ayahuasca medicines with the shamans in Amazonian jungles, leanred alongside western practitioners using 5-MeO Bufo Alvarius, Kambo, Marijuana and other numerous synthetic medicines (MDMA, LSD, Ketamine). In Eastern Europe I worked with Magic mushrooms and studied extra-sensory abilities, Hypnosis, and Lucid Dreaming. One of my favorite teachers and recent discoveries is a wonderful ancient medicine – the Amanita Muscaria mushroom. Learning about these beautiful plant medicines left me with happiness and appreciation that I wanted to share with others.

Discovering who I am as an adult still continues, and now I feel I have support and guidance from many Plant Spirits. Every day, I am fortunate and blessed to hear their voices, access their deep intelligence, and carry their wisdom. Through ceremonies and experiences, I have gained extensive personal insight and a solid framework of transformational healing within myself. I would now like to provide you with the tools to navigate your personal transformational journey.

As a Psychedelic Integration coach, I help people prepare for their entheogenic journeys and integrate any and all information and insights they receive. It is my honor to help you, to share knowledge and provide the tools and techniques I learned over the years from shamans and spiritual teachers around the world, and from my personal medicine journeys over the last 15 years. My deepest goal is to know myself and help others to Remember Who They Truly Are.
